HorseDream® is not a riding lesson, no previous experience with horses is required. It is Corporate Trainingdesigned specifically for managers in companies - for this how to communicate, lead, inspire, monitor, demand and give feedback as leadersHorseDream® is a training for the way we can be more confident, focused and sensitive. The horse here is metaphor, our teacher and helper. He is a delicate and intimate animal living in the present moment, here and now. The horse teaches us awareness, responsibility and vision. HorseDream® is an international equine-assisted leadership program that has been in existence for more than 20 years. The program has its own standards created by EAHAE International - International Association for Equine Assisted Learning. In Bulgaria it is conducted by TAURUS Consultants и Horse base SPARATAwhich are first licensed partners.
The training is conducted within the framework of one day (5 modules). The group is formed only by representatives of one company, as the maximum number of participants is 10. The training takes place in a real environment - in the shepherds' stables of the Sparata horse base and on the arena.
Working with horses is mainly made of land. Participants do not need to have any riding experience. Our horses are specially trained to work in the program.
Graduates receive certificate, video and photo material from the event.
